Images, PDFs and the things you type never leave your device. All processing — stripping metadata, generating QR codes, cropping passport photos, adding up hours — happens in your browser. There is no upload, no account, no sign-in.

You do not have to take our word for it: the counter in the top right adds up every byte sent, and the proof page shows three ways to verify it yourself.

When a page is requested, the host automatically records what any web server needs: IP address, timestamp, the address requested, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in running the site without faults and in fending off attacks. These records are not combined with other sources.

The host, and therefore a processor under Art. 28 GDPR, is Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Deutschland (privacy policy).

These pages set no cookies and embed no fonts from other servers. For audience measurement Umami runs on a server of our own — without cookies and without an identifier stored on your device. Recorded are the page visited, the referrer, the device type and the country; the IP address and browser string are turned into a checksum that rotates daily and cannot be reversed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, a legitimate interest in statistics without a personal reference. As nothing is stored on or read from your device, § 25 TDDDG does not apply — which is why this site does not ask for consent.

One tool remembers something: the timesheet keeps the hours you enter in your browser's local storage, so they are still there next time. That data stays on your device and is never transmitted. You can clear it with the "clear everything" button or through your browser settings.

If you write to us, your message and sender address are kept in order to handle the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and Art. 6(1)(f) otherwise. Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed and no retention period applies.

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 21). An informal e-mail to info@demha-designs.de is enough.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77) — either the one responsible for us, Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz (datenschutz.rlp.de), or the authority where you live.
